Remember "fads" from the 90's?? Such "fads" existed like Pokemon, Beanie Babies, Pogs, bowl cuts/mullets, the Macarena, and boy band music like N'Sync and the Backstreet Boys who I personally rock out to in the car with the volume cranked up and the windows down still to this day. However, those fads have come and gone and a new generation has begun. Most would classify the present day "fads" as Myspace, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, smart phones, Ipods/Itunes, and Google. Do you believe that these current "fads" will fade like its followers from the past, or is this just the beginning of the Social Media Revolution? You be the judge. Take a look around and you, and it is clear to see that these social networks are changing and refining the way our society communicates with each other. The video posted below illustrates how these social media networks have become instrumental components of our everyday life, with no sign of stopping! Enjoy!
